here is a simple procedure to increase your networking speed
1. click "start" and then select "Run"
2. Type " gpedit.msc " press " OK "
3. In left column click " Administrative Templates "
4. Then click " Network " and click " Qos Packet Schedule"
5. In the Right Column click " Limit reserable bandwith " for open properties.
6. Click "Enable" and change "Bandwidth limit" from "20%" to "0%"
7. Click "Apply" and then "OK"
8. Restart computer and try to surf internet again
