The Bisping vs Belcher fight opened up a debate on what to do about eye-poking.

One problem is that fighters try to measure the distance between them and their opponent before they make their move.

To do this, they usually extend their arms before throwing a punch or go for a takedown.

The problem is when they extend their arms, their fingers and thums are all pointed forward and as they measure, they accidentally hit their opponents in the eye.

Like I said before, they must curl their fingers and tuck their thumbs and they need to be careful as they extend their arms because it act as a strike once it touches an opponent's face and hurt when it reaches its mark.

You notice that whenever we have problems when all else fails, we run to our families.  This is because our kin would never abandon us.  They are a part of us and that's the reason why they go all out in helping us with our problems.

We should do the same in return.

Though Jon Jones scored a spectacular one-sided victory over Chael Sonnen at UFC 159, he suffered from a broken two during the fight.

Former LWH champ Lyoto Machida has called for an interim title match between him and LWH contender Alexander Gusstafson.  Are you in favor of this?

Employers and employees are taking it easy today as May 1 celebrates "Labor Day".  A holiday giving a lot of laborers a day off.

Let remember the hard work put in by employees from all walks of life.

Without their dedication, our country's economy would not grow.

Just read an article from Business Insider that posted at's Tech Section that technology to control computers with our minds is now getting closer.

According to this article, researchers at Samsung's Emerging Technology Labs are now testing tablets that are being controlled through the use of an EEG cap as a means for users to interact more with their gadgets.

Other gadgets that make use of mind control on gadgets are headsets by NeuroSky and Emotiv used to play mind-controlled tetris games and other games in smartphones and computers.

InteraXon has made a headset called Muse that can measure brain activity in real-time and transmit those brainwaves to your smartphone or tablet to show you how well your brain is performing. It is the goak of the company in the near future to translate those brainwaves into instructions so that users can interact with content on their mobile device.
